That answer is simple if the only change was the hardware.
That router is not rated that highly online and people have been having similar issues.
Get a new router, explain to your ISP to get a different router from them or if they dont have another one just buy one that is better.
For about a month, everything was working perfectly. Why should be now a problem?

This is why it could be a problem.
But you can try to do the following:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
And try to flush your dns by:
Open CMD (Admin) and type: “ipconfig /flushdns” (without the quotes).
Press enter.- 6 years ago
@EzyHawkHey, ty for the answer. Both routers running on the same ISP. Both routers have the same "ISP Settings" on the setup, i hard reset the TP Link like 5 times and test it with the "ISP Settings" that they gave me, its been a week that start those massive packet loss. I dont have clue what else i can do about it. Tried to flashdns many times in the past aswell.

I do not know the longevity of this router, it may have over heated at some point causing reduced performance like other people have had.
and why would their be a problem now IF no settings have been changed on the router?
- 6 years ago@The_Tibber I have no clue, it was on a table open and close to windows aswell, i have no idea if it got overheated.

Anyone else?
- 6 years ago@The_Tibber I made a post talking about exactly this here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Massive-packet-loss-and-high-ping/m-p/8897398#M68190
But nice job evading posts that explicitly provide all the details indicating a clear problem with the game and instead handpicking posts in which the problem can be blamed off on other things- 6 years ago
After contacting EA Help, My ISP With a technician on my home to check the phone cables and lines, Tp Link, i didnt end up with a clear solution. All of them was out of ideas, so i guess its a hardware issue, but im sad cause for 2 months it was working good, with less ping than the old router that im getting nearly 90 Ms the past 2 weeks. Kinda sad, but im out of ideas anymore, made even a clean install of windows in case i messed something on registry/network (even if i had already reset it about 7 times).
