90-100% CPU usage when playing even on lowest possible settings

For developers: here is the link to gpuview and events happening as soon as the dropship part of gameplay begins until I land and run around. 

As of 28. Sept, I am still gettins 100% cpu usage on all 4 cores and very low GPU usage on any graphical settings.
