Problem with the Server

The problem has persisted for a week, and I haven't found a solution. I deleted the game, reinstalled it, and even performed a factory reset, but the problem persists. Sometimes the game enters me into a match, but I can't finish it because it suddenly kicks me out and displays this message, which I submitted with my report.
