I had this too, for some reason I had to click play through the origin launcher. The desktop shortcut didn't work, neither did accepting invites.
Hi, I have this issue every time I play..
Some fixes I have:
- Go to Origin > Library > Apex Legends > Update Game. Work sometimes!
- Open Origin > Go to the Task Manager and close it from there > Open Origin and Launch Game from there.

DID YOU MODIFIED YOUR ADVANCED LAUNCH, TRY TO REMOVE WHAT ETC HAD IN THERE REMOVE IT I TRY IT MY GAME WORKS FINE >>> SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH
