abilities in Apex stop working

Question

I had this issue happen to me twice today and have never seen it before. Basically during the middle of a match when I clicked my keys for my tactical, ultimate, and to heal nothing would happen. At first I thought it was just my mouse dying so I plugged it in but that did not work. Then I tried to heal through my inventory but when I pressed tab it didn't open. And the strangest part is after the match I went into the range and it worked fine then later when It happened again even though everything worked in the beginning of the match I thought it may be a common glitch and could not find anything on it so I'm wondering if anyone has ran into this problem before or if anyone has any solutions.

Edit: I forgot to mention that when I tried rebinding controls that it did nothing.

@HydraSn1perI had that the other day in ranked and only exiting and restarting fixed it. Two games later in pubs teammate had same issue. Just now 2 games ago in normals a teammate again had the same issue. This is a known issue that's been posted about for over 2 years.

So far I've yet to see any responses about it although there might be someplace.
