abilities in Apex stop working

@HydraSn1perI had that the other day in ranked and only exiting and restarting fixed it. Two games later in pubs teammate had same issue. Just now 2 games ago in normals a teammate again had the same issue. This is a known issue that's been posted about for over 2 years.

So far I've yet to see any responses about it although there might be someplace.

@FirebatsThank you so much I appreciate your help. Also after reading the other posts I realize that the first time it happened I had just crafted and the second time I think I was respawned.
