About account ban
Hello, EA customer service staff. Thank you for taking the time to check my email. Firstly, I played the game at an internet cafe at 20:02 pm Beijing time on June 27, 2023. After playing for an hour, at 21:06 pm Beijing time on that day, my computer screen suddenly popped up and your account was banned. I restarted Steam, Apex, and tried restarting the computer, but my account was banned. During this period, I did not engage in any cheating behavior or exploit any loopholes in the game. In all these years of playing esports, I have never had any cheating behavior, including CSGO, PUBG or other fps games. I feel that this is unfair to others and undermines the balance of the game. During this period, I thought there was a problem with the computer machine, but I often came here to play Apex. I had never been banned before, but today I did get a bolt from the blue. I even thought it was a server issue and tried to re-enter the game several times, but ultimately failed. So I wanted to request customer service help and hope to solve the problem as soon as possible. By the way, I also recharged the game. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to complete my own battle pass, So once again, please ask customer service personnel to see my email as soon as possible. Thank you very much!
The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.
If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
There is also this AHQ guide on bans and suspensions :

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, but it does look like your ban is permanent.
