Re: My Account Was Banned/Disabled

Hi EA team,

I was banned from Apex Legends during a laggy session on Steam, and I’m trying to figure out what happened. When I first checked my EA account, it showed a ban — but after submitting a case, the ban disappeared from my Penalty History.

Now it says I have no violations, but the game still won’t let me log in — I get a ban message every time I try to launch Apex.

I’ve never used cheats, but I did have Discord overlay, AMD Radeon overlay, SteelSeries Moments, and a VPN running at the time. Could this have triggered a false ban?

I also submitted an appeal but didn’t get a confirmation email, and now I can’t submit a new one until the current one is closed.

zizorro5 & onblnkdaf0tz Unfortunately, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

If its been a while since you had last played or had used EA's services, your EA Account may had been temporarily disabled. You would need to contact EA Support in order to reactivate your EA Account, (note: reactivating your EA Account will not remove any active bans or suspensions).

The banned account isn’t my main problem, I can’t create a ticket because it doesn’t show that there is a ban on my account it only shows a ban if I’m loading in Apex

I was also banned for this reason, and the reason given to me that I was unfair compete was completely unsolvable😭
