account auto linked to ea
i never linked a ps account to me ea account but i have one linked im trying to get my old apex progression but since it auto linked the account i cant do please help

I had a similar bug happen on my and my brother's account on xbox. EA help does not understand the issue. Beyond frustrating.
Hi there,
Sorry to hear what happened to you but EA is correct you had two different X-box accounts linked to the same EA account. Cross progression merged them as was/is proper.
What you did is in fact sharing one EA account which is against the ToS.
One of you will have to take control of the old EA account and the other will need to make a new EA account.
What happened to you is one of the many reasons one should not share EA accounts.

The users affected by this bug deserve to know what is happening without you discrediting my bug report stating I am violating ToS without evidence of such.
