Account banned - No justification
I don't know what else to do as I was unjustly banned and cannot get any support via the ban appeal. I just get the standard response email. This is the details of the case. On 29Apr I purchased 100$ worth of coins for Apex Legends. The coins were not delivered after 24hrs to my account. I opened a case with the order number under my account and waited. After a few days the case was changed to "Fixed". I still had received nothing. I resumed the case and it immediately flagged "fixed" again. I decided to purchase 5$ more to see if maybe it meant the issue of not buying was fixed. The 5$ worth of coins delivered immediately. I then did another 100$ purchase and those coins also delivered immediately. I then thought maybe for some odd reason the original purchase was just never charged to my card and that it was just pending. I called amex and they verified i had 3 separate charges from EA, two for 99.99$ and one for 4.99$. I told them the situation and they said all funds had already been deducted and nothing was pending. They asked if I contacted EA, I said yes they claimed it was fixed, and then said they want to hold the funds until the issue resolves. I agreed with them.
A few days later I get an email saying my account was banned for a charge back. I have submitted all evidence (screen shots of all purchase confirmation emails, the three charges on my credit card statement, the case #'s for all the cases I opened with them, proof I tried to contact through twitter also) and I keep getting nothing back. How am I being banned for asking EA to solve the issue of not getting my coins and getting punished for asking for my money back. This is completely unjust. I have over 5,000 hrs into that account for apex. Now I have lost my account because EA failed to respond to my original ticket and they are not giving me a fair look at my case and the proof I have provided. I am happy to share the actual evidence with anyone at EA that can help or put me in contact with someone who can.
This is really taking a toll on me. I'm just asking for someone to actually review it that can help reverse this.
Hey there, @stewtrain
Thanks for reaching. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. Only our ToS team can do this. The article here will provide more information as well as instructions for submitting a dispute. It sounds like you've done that already, but you can have ToS perform up to 3 investigations. After that, if they haven't found evidence the ban was issued by mistake, it will need to stay in place.
