Account Banned - No Reason

Hello everyone,

On the 29th I was informed by EA that my account had been banned, without any justification.

I was in a game with 2 more friends, in fact, I hadn't played Apex for 2 years and we decided to play again.
Everything was ok, we started right after the Post Malone tournament which we thought was very good and we decided to play again.

After a few days, I even decided to buy the pass to earn more XP, I didn't have any legends other than the game's standards and I managed to buy one (Loba) that I found very fun.

After about 5 days, I was in a ranked game when my game suddenly disconnected.

After that, I took that standard 10-minute ban for disconnecting, so far so good, I thought it was a problem with my connection, but after 10 minutes, I played another normal game (which was all right) and we went back to ranked, where after about 2 minutes of starting, I was disconnected again.

After that, I saw that I had received a ban (??????).

I've been sending countless tickets for 3 or 4 days, getting in touch via phone and it seems that no one has any desire to help me. The reason for the ban later appeared as cheat (what the f*).

The justification itself remained there, there is no proof or anything at all, I have never cheated in any game in my life.

I consider myself a relatively good player, I have 3,500 hours of CSGO, Valorant, FIFA game and other games, I never had even a single problem and out of nowhere I am banned by a company assumption.

To be honest, the money spent on the battle pass is not the problem, after all, I only had one legend and my account was VERY beginner, but it's very annoying to be banned for something I have no idea why.

I come here as another attempt to understand if this happened to anyone else, or if there is any way for EA to reconsider my ban. I consider this situation absurd and extremely frustrating, as I am TOTALLY in favor of a PERMANENT ban on cheaters, but I reiterate that this is not and has never been my case.

Anyway, I appreciate any help I can possibly get.

  • Very difficult to talk to EA. I only receive automatic messages saying that my case will not be reversed.

    This is a complete lack of respect for the player/consumer.

    For you banned, I just pray that someone effectively reviews your case, what I'm facing here is that EA really doesn't care.

    Hey @stuzeragod,

    I'm afraid we are unable to change or review any account actions on the forums.

    If you've already submitted multiple appeals and our Terms of Service team has declined to remove a penalty, that is not something we'll be able to change here either, sorry.

    Honestly, I'm pretty sure EA won't do anything to help me.

    I came to the forums in an attempt to really understand if this is something common, as I'm finding countless people talking about it.

    I saw many videos with 40, 50 thousand views and thousands of comments talking about unfair ban waves, it made me extremely frustrated with EA and the game itself.

    As a person who has played a lot of FIFA and other good EA games, now I just regret the lack of professionalism of the company, which distances me more and more from their products.

    I see a lot of people complaining about this, in addition to videos of streamers who suffered the same punishment as me, without any justification.

    I'm doing my best to talk about my case and who knows, help someone or be helped.
