Account banned but dont have any reason in penalty history

Hello guys, i just got this account from a friend he was pass away by cancer issue but when i loggin it said this account got banned but when i loggin in the EA website it doesnt show anything in penalty history and for some reason i cant sent support in this account, i dont see any mail address to sent support to except the EA help support but i cant use.
