Account banned nonsense

How about my brother has created a new account to use hacks and they banned him, but without using hack they also banned my account. I really want to kill him. Is there any way to get my account back...

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @TTechn0.

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.

Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.

Choose your platform.

Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.

Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

@EA_Darko I can't believe the support is so horrible, apex uses hardware banning, so if one account uses hacks and is banned the other accounts that would have been on the same pc without using the hack are also banned. that's what happened to me and they tell me that I also use hacks, which is a lie.
