Why Are Casual Players Being Ignored? Apex Crash Issue Still Not Fixed

We are casual players who grind this game every single day.

We don’t get paid to play Apex Legends. We don’t promote it for money. We play it because we genuinely love the game. We spend hours grinding, improving, and supporting this game just because we enjoy it.

But right now, it feels like that support means nothing.

There is a major crashing issue affecting many players, especially with certain maps like Storm Point, and it has been going on for a long time now. Despite this, there is no proper communication, no clear update, and no timeline on when this will actually be fixed.

It honestly feels like we are being ignored.

Many players are facing the same crash issue, but there is barely any response or urgency from the developers.

At the same time, whenever a big streamer faces an issue, it gets attention and is fixed very quickly. They play for a few days and leave, but we are the ones who play this game daily and keep it alive.

So the question is:
Do casual players not matter?
We are asking for basic support, communication, and a real fix.

Please acknowledge this issue and give us a proper update.

Because right now, it feels like the community that actually loves this game is being left behind.
