Account compromised and banned while compromised

So last I played apex was roughly early 2021 when on ps4. I stopped playing and sold the ps4 probably around that same time. I’ve been working a lot and just recently bought a ps5 and downloaded apex after having to recover my old psn account. I login and see all my legends are locked and all 5 heirlooms and countless skins gone. Characters that were locked still had a legendary skin on them but none in the characters tab where the skins are stored. I start a support to ask what’s going on and they ask me to check pc as it was last place account was used but I don’t have a gaming pc. I have a laptop I use for work but I downloaded and checked to see like they asked and the message popped up that the account was banned in 2023. Again I haven’t played since 2021 and now it’s 2026. 5 years. I reach back out because it was obviously compromised and I just keep getting endless chats telling me to appeal but I do and keep getting denied. I even had one of the agents in the chat tell me it will be unbanned (empty promise) and to appeal again. Just feels like an endless loop of being denied and nobody listening. Spent roughly $2k on this game just to be banned by my account getting compromised while I was away. Really don’t know what else to do. Was really wanting to get back into the game.

    Sorry to hear someone else accessed your account while you were away. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to secure your account. 

    I understand how this process can feel frustrating or endless. But I'm afraid we can't support account-related requests here on the forums, as we don't have the right tools or records to do so. While live support can assist with recovering a compromised account, they also can't directly influence appeal decisions, as that lies solely with our Terms of Service team. So the best and only way to address the ban is to continue following these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. 

    It'd be best to include any evidence you have of your break from Apex and suspicious logins within your appeal. It might be worth downloading a copy of your account data and locating inconsistencies there as well to strengthen your case. 

    In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. Thanks!
