Account Disabled error after years of inactivity
Last time i played Apex was sround 3-4 tears ago, I didn't have any violation but once i downloaded the game back it states that my account is ban for violating EA's User Agreement. I signed into penalty history to see if i can get a description on what "violations i broke" and it marked (You have no violations or appeals on your account). So im asking for assistance in getting my account back

The error message you're getting doesn't seem to refer to a ban or violation. Sorry for the confusion there!
You should be able to reactivate your EA account by updating its password. Please follow the steps in this guide to reset your expired EA Account password.
If that doesn't work or you have lost access to the email address on the records, you will need to check in with the support team. Please find the Contact Us button at the bottom of the guide.
