Account false ban

Dear EA team,

My account was false banned on the 16th of July for some reason.

I swear I never cheated. I love the game and I really value my account since I play from season 2. I did not receive an email and I was not even in game at that time. My last match was at the 12th of July.

The only thing I ask is a more profound review of my account. I can even send proof If required. I hope I will be able to play the game again :(.

    Hello! I am a devoted player of Apex Legends, and when I tried to log in, I discovered that my account had been banned. I am genuinely perplexed about this, as I have consistently adhered to the game’s rules and have never utilized cheats, scripts, or any other illicit methods. It is possible that the ban resulted from a mistake in the system or some other extraordinary circumstance, and I am submitting this appeal to clarify the situation. 

    Potential Causes Analysis:

    1. **Account Security Vulnerability**: My account might have experienced unusual login activities recently (if any, please provide approximate dates), which could have led to unauthorized actions following account theft.
    2. **Network or hardware conflicts**: The VPN/accelerator I'm using might have triggered an erroneous detection by the anti-cheating system (if applicable).
    3. **Misreporting behavior**: Certain actions within the game (such as high headshot rates or reports from teammates) might be incorrectly flagged by the system. My commitment is as follows:
    - I have modified my account password and enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) to ensure account security.
    - I will conduct a more thorough examination of the computer's background programs to prevent any software from being mistakenly flagged.
    - I wholeheartedly support the principle of fair competition and will never undermine the gaming environment. Complaint Request:
    I sincerely request the team to review my account ban record, including the login IP and game data, and I am willing to provide additional information if necessary to assist in the investigation.
