Packet loss

My game only experiences packet loss when playing ranked with my friends. I can play solo any mode including ranked and my game is fine, I can play any mode beside ranked with my friends and I don't have packet loss. However when I try to play ranked with my friends I experience packet loss in the 70s. I do not have this problem with any other game and this just started happening this week. I have reset my router multiple times, checked all connections and this issue only occurs in ranked with premade parties. Can anyone help me with this issue.

So no one works for EA customer support? I file a claim its been 3 days and no response, I do this forum and no response, and there is no way to get direct contact with anyone. How does a billion dollar company not have a customer support team this is a joke.
