account get reset to level1

Hello to day i come back to play apex legends and my account got fully set to level 1 how can i do ?

Logging in to see your account at level 1 would definitely be concerning. Usually when this happens, it's due to logging into a different EA account or linking your platform to a different EA account.

In this case it looks like the EA account you're posting from has only lauched Apex for the first time very recently. If you had played in the past, that progress would be on a different account. I would try signing in with any other emails you may have used in the past.

If there's an account or email you're no longer able to access, please contact support directly. They'll need to verify some other details before being able to update any necessary info to get you back in-game with the right account.
