account got reset

My Apex Legends account has been reset. all levels and purchased skins have been lost. what should i do?

@EA_Aljo yes i did recently unlink from steam because it was reset to level 1

The only way to potentially get everything back is to relink your account. There's no guarantees this will work, but it does in most cases.

Did you stop playing for awhile and then come back to find out your account was reset?

    i try to bind back to steam but still going back to level.

    yes more then 1 year didnt play apex again.
