Banned gameplay enhancements

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully request a review of my account ban. 

I have been a dedicated player since the very beginning of the game, playing on both Xbox and PlayStation. Over the years, I have invested a significant amount of time into the game, reaching more than 75,000 kills and achieving Prestige 3 with a level above 600. I have also earned the Apex Predator rank multiple times, which reflects my commitment and experience.

I want to clearly state that I have never used cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized software. The only time I played outside of standard modes was in Bot Royale (including evolved versions), purely to test sensitivities and improve my gameplay in a controlled environment.

Additionally, I believe my account may have been compromised recently, which could explain any suspicious activity that led to this ban. If there has been any irregular behavior, it was not caused by me.

I kindly ask you to thoroughly review my account history and reconsider this ban. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if needed. Also it’s my 10th appeal and they are all getting rejected which is sad because I’m literally proving that I’m saying the truth . Case number : 240518076
