Account hacked while in vacation (december and before) and then got banned
Hi,
i was in vacation for 2 weeks starting at the 10th of december and went to spend one week with my grandparents directly the next day afterwards. I came back yesterday and couldn't log in with the message on the game "that i need to register an account" so i googled what this means since i was extremely confused at first and then went on the EA-Website, just to see in my ban history that my account has been banned 3 times for "harrasement" or basically writing rude stuff in chat and violating the "EA Positive Play Charter".
(3 days first, then shortly after 7 days and then forever)
I haven't played much this season and the first one seemed to have occured on 19th of november. The next 2 where on 5th and 28th of december. I don't play everyday so i didn't saw an temporary ban on logging in on november and on from november to december - till today still... - i was very busy with paper stuff for a heritage since my grandparents from my fathers side died a few years ago and they still stress about it <.<
I have this account for over an year now and spend over 1700 hours in this game and over 1200 euros and never had any problems with others or bans, because... why should i do something stupid like this when i have litterally spend that much time and money for this account??
So far i have bought out every collection event and almost all thematic events that i liked and i don't want to start all over again and loose all my progress and stuff that i have collected in my overall playtime ☹️
It also seems that the person that has hacked my steam account has hacked my email because he has answered to the last email from the ea support after writing one or more tickets for an unban...
Thats probably how they have hacked my steam account - since i play apex over steam.
I was suspicious at first when it told me "logging in from a new computer" when i have played on this pc for ca. 4 years now but i thought it was just the usual steam bug when you are not logged in on the same device for a while, that can occur sometimes.
What can i do now? I really don't wanna loose all the progress that i had since i started this game in september 2021... i had also 9 heirlooms + the new wrait heirloom skin and a ton more event stuff that i can't get anymore as well as a ton of legendary skins, banners, finishers, emotes etc. ;(
