my account got hacked and i aint even know it, and they changed the email, and its STILL connected to my PSN account and can't remove cause guess what? The "Contact Us" don't work.

I’m looking for help regarding my hacked EA/Apex Legends account.
Around October 2025, my account was accessed without my permission. The hacker changed the email address connected to the EA account, and I later discovered that the account was also banned, likely because the hacker used cheats while using my account. I have never used cheats or any unauthorized software myself.
The biggest problem I’m facing right now is that I cannot properly contact EA Support through EA Help. Since the hacker already changed the email address on the account, all recovery replies and verification messages are being sent to the hacker’s email instead of mine.
I can still log in through my linked Facebook account, but I currently have no way to communicate with an actual EA staff member about recovering the account.
Does anyone know:
How I can directly contact EA support staff in this situation?
How I can recover my account after the email was changed by a hacker?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
