Account is not permitted to play online

Hi! I’m on Ps5 and I was kicked from a match and am now getting a “this account is not permitted to play online” message. I have no bans or suspensions on my account and I can’t open an EA help ticke...

What's weird is that some players can still play.  This seems like only certain servers might be affected.
