Account is not permitted to play online

Hi! I’m on Ps5 and I was kicked from a match and am now getting a “this account is not permitted to play online” message. I have no bans or suspensions on my account and I can’t open an EA help ticke...

It's been giving me the same issues too and I play on Xbox I wonder if this has something to do with the recent patch
