Account is not permitted to play online

Hi! I’m on Ps5 and I was kicked from a match and am now getting a “this account is not permitted to play online” message. I have no bans or suspensions on my account and I can’t open an EA help ticket because it keeps saying the page is down and “that’s on us”.

I see others are having the same issue, please assist. Thanks

Really now that is weird I was on another thread about this issue and it seemed all the system but PS4 were having issues my brother is in the other room playing apex right now on a PS4 so I don't understand what's happening

Hi I never played this game but it says I’m not permitted to play online how do I fix that?
