Hello apex legends team.
So i have a big issue my apex legends account has been reseted idk why because when cross progression was introduced on October 31,2023. I link my account and did the whole thing. I reinstalled the game on my series x and i log in today. I dont have nothing. My legends is locked like everything that i had is gone.
XxDemonWolf4Xx & Bordermenjumps Your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account level, so be sure you are signing into the correct account and that you haven't unlinked any of your platform accounts.
Same issue just happened to me when I logged on. I never changed the account linked to my Xbox, It didn't ask me to log in or anything, I just opened the game and boom im level 1 with no progress
