Account locked
I'm getting an "account locked" error and I've changed my password, I think someone has hacked into my account. Please unlock my account. I've followed all the steps and secured my account, but the locked issue persists.

Hi Meadhello
Have a look at the below link, at the bottom of the webpage us an EA "contact us" button
Have the following to hand:
- the email address used for your EA Account
- any usernames or console IDs connected to the account
- any invoice numbers or product codes, etc

I'm trying, but it's giving me an error saying support doesn't allow it, so I can't send anything.
