What to do with locked Account
Hi everyone. I'm having an issue about my EA account.
My account is hacked and i just recently recovered it and it was banned, because of the hacker. I appealed and the ban got overturned. so i think i will able to play again in my account, i used steam btw and the hacker used EA to play.
I contacted the EA customer service so many times and my acc is still locked. i got no penalties now and still they said there is still a ban status in my account when they check it, they told me to appeal, and i did so many time now but there no confirmation about my appeal, no email to confirm about my appeal. its very frustrating coz i cant play. can someone please help me.

Sorry to hear about the frustration with this situation. We cannot review or make any changes to your account here on the forums however, so if you're still running into trouble accessing the account, you'll need to reach out to support again to work with them on this issue.
Note that if this is saying it's an account lock, and you had initially received a message stating suspicious activity was detected, it's possible this was a lock performed by support until they could verify the original account owner was the one trying to access it. In that case it may be better to open a new case regarding Login Issues or a Compromised EA Account rather than a ban appeal, just to see if they can help verify and unlock the account that way.
