Account Perma Ban For The Dumbest Reasons Ever.
I cant believe I actually have to go to these lengths just to get my account unbanned that I have 1800 hours in and over $200 spent on skins and cosmetics BECAUSE I LOVE THE GAME. Im gonna try to keep this as respectful as possible no matter how bad I really dont want to. So can someone explain to me why EA feels the need to perma ban accounts of players who get heated in the moment when their teammates are generally being idiots and being toxic themselves? Are we not allowed to defend ourselves when receiving verbal abuse from players with mics? Because the most recent ban I received were for the two reasons which I dont mind saying again because its not bad. "Your *" "Your a * bro". Now for those that ARE NOT part of the EA support team I ask you do these reasons I showed you warrant a permanent ban? Another question I have is if you think this was meant to deliberately bully someone or express anger towards a teammate that wasnt performing. Keep in mind this was on a ranked match. You know where the stakes for playing are really high because your rank/RP is at risk so if someone is doing something stupid dont you think your gonna get a little pissed and talk some trash? If I wanted to I could get into the whole trash talk subject but Act Man does a way better job doing it here I also have an issue with the whole hateful speech system as is. So for example I can recall quite a few times where I have received like actual racial harassment and straight up bullying from players OVER MIC. Then when I try to contact EA's support team about it to get the ban lifted Im told that the reasons were found to be justified and that the ban will remain. So what Ive gathered from this whole situation is that if you talk some trash over text your screwed kiss your account goodbye while EA laughs their way to the bank with your money you spent on that account. However if you talk trash over mic, say racial slurs over mic, tell people to commit suicide over mic (this has been said to me multiple times), or break basically any of the hateful speech TOS over mic you will be fine and be allowed to continue to play to continue to do it to other players in the community that you are supposedly trying to keep "Safe" whatever that means. While players like myself who do a little friendly trash talk over text and sometimes mic will be penalized and every time Ive been penalized for Hateful Speech TOS its been for saying something over text. Never has it been for voice chat. This is why I feel like no one speaks or types in text sometimes in Lobbys. People are afraid of getting banned for quoting something or saying something wrong and then you get a warning in your email saying you'll get banned if you quote another video game out of context. You guys need to revisit this system in place that controls this and be able to identify actual toxic behavior versus players trash talking to each other its part of gaming EA stop trying to censor gamers. (Ironic cuz you have that pic of mirage on menu startup that says "I Will Not Censor Myself". Guess what EA I Will Not Censor Myself. Thanks for your time and read. Unban maybe? 🙂
Hey there,

If you think the ban or suspension was a mistake, you will have to contact EA directly:- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
- Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
- Choose your platform.
- Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
- Fill out any additional details.
- For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.

- Click the + sign.
- Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
The process of reviewing your ban or suspension might take some time. Only fill in this form once, sending in more appeals isn't going to speed things up.
