Need Help With Support
I was talking to support trying to get help with an old breached account. I needed to prove I am the owner. Now that I have more details and try to open a case. The EA nextstep beta bot just takes me to a page that says "EA support cannot help with this issue" even though I spoke to 3 different agents about it yesterday.. I've been told I am allowed try and prove I am the owner as many times as I can. Can someone lead me to the right place to open another case?
