Account permanent suspended for no reason
So my account was permanent suspended for violating EA's generic user agreement. When I attempted to go through the appeal process to get unbanned and figure out why I got banned, the only response I get is that I somehow violated the user agreement when I literally have done nothing since I first started playing this game several years ago. Now after going through two post of practically getting no information as to why my account was suspended, I am getting no reason at all. I really just want an explanation of what was done wrong when literally I have done nothing different.
The first note you see when appealing is "When you connect with us, please treat our advisors the way you’d like to be treated – be respectful, keep an open mind, and give useful feedback. We will warn, suspend, or ban accounts for harassment, threats, or bullying."
How can you say keep an open mind and give useful feedback when your not giving your players the same? I spent money and time into this game and I'm practically not worth EA's time to have someone actually spend the time to explain their action.
Anyone else having similar experiences or offer any help?
I am sorry to hear that your account looks like it has been hacked.
You will need to contact EA support and try to get with an advisor on how to get your account back and secured.
Once you have done that you should probably enable 2 Factor ID to help protect your account further and change all of you passwords.
You may also have to contact the ToS team about the Ban associated with the compromised account once you have gotten it back and squared away.
