Account permanently banned for swearing

Hi everyone,
a couple of days ago I've been permanently banned for my "toxic behavior". Basically I had two warnings before for using the swear words and ok, I never did it again. Last time I played Apex with my friends and I remember telling them something stupid and "offensive" as we sometimes do. The thing is none of us takes it seriously because we know we are just kidding. I dont know how I got reported for that, probably automatically by the game but I cant really tell. I never use swear words around random teammates anymore because I know they will take it offensively. Basically I want Respawn to add an ability to just disable players for using the text chat, not to ban them from the game. My support email has been ignored and now the case is "fixed" but Im still banned. I know some people who had the same problem and theyre just as dissapointed as me. The players who leave on purpose or disturb the gameplay dont even get warnings becuase theres no specified reason to report them. If EA doesnt fix it, I swear I will leave this game forever and never reccomend the platform to anybody.

Hey all, you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.

Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.

Choose your platform.

Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.

Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

The rating provided to a game by the ESRB or PEGI indicates the content in a game, not the online interactions that take place with other players.

Those interactions are bound by our Rules of Conduct that all players agree to when signing up. There is a difference between trash talk and outright insults or other inappropriate language.

If you believe an action was applied in error, you're welcome to appeal with these steps and the Terms of Service team can take another look at the situation.

They did the exact same thing to me, Perma banned because of my son's "language" in an adult game. This is horrible as a person that payed for these things, ill never buy anything off of EA ever again if they dont unban my account and ill make sure all of my friends and their friends and so on dont ever use EA, going back to COD, modern warfare 4 is just around the corner.

yeah i read alot about this now...
i get mobbed, insulted, trolled and worse and they only care about my insult.. got banned permanent for using 2 bad words wtf .
the best thing is, it seems like I have a hardware ID ban... cant even make another account?!? for swearing ?!

same here mate, sorry to hear that, they even say that they cant "unlink" our accounts from steam but we also cant do that. It's really annoying, if they keep like this people will dislike them a lot

banned a few days ago..
i really like the game, even put money in it.. playing it since the beta
but this is a joke..
Then people say "just ignore the people" .. yeah ignoring people in a team based game is sooo helpful...

Maybe u are not reading well. I already do that but u DON'T READ REASON, THATS WHAT I AM COMPLAINING. You are not hearing people, it is like u are only robots with premade asnwers.

@Verrtic Me too, people get offended to easily and for EA is more important "non toxic behaviour" ratyher than better servers, better players and that stuff, i got banned for a word that in my language is not bad but they still ban me.
