Account progress just gone

Ive only ever played on Xbox. Turned on apex to find a fresh account. I have been playing since launch. Over 102 in game days. Everything is gone. Ea support did not help at all,saying there was noth...

My ea has been only linked to xbox. I never unlinked it. Im playing with all my stuff one day. Next day there's nothing. I tried to get support to look into it but its quite impossible to get help.

Just to rule out another EA account, please check your Account Information page for the 'Member since' statement below your username. Since you mentioned playing Apex since its launch, your EA account should've been created between 2019 and 2020, if not earlier.

If the date doesn't match that timeline, it indicates you used another EA account to play in the past. Since game progress is stored on the EA account level, you'll need to locate and re-link your Xbox account to it in order to regain access to that progress.
