If this current account was made in 2024, the progress you've accumulated is definitely on a separate EA account. If you have any other emails or if the email associated with your Xbox account has any EA-related receipts, please try signing in with those and see if the order history page details match what you recall.
Unfortunately, there's little that support can do without knowing the email address or EA ID of that other account.
