I have done numerous forms.
In the last one, I provided:
My driving license
All the dates of purchase for the last games I purchase from EA and how much I paid.
The product codes of the games from the game file info.
My console information (console ID, XBL ID).
My BFV in game stats (KD ratio, Time played etc)
Screenshots of my Gamertag and console IP address.
Someone on chat even said that they believe that I would be able to recover my account, which gave me false hope.
Everything but the kitchen sink.
I give up, I am starting a new Gamertag soon.
Thanks for your reply but EA are a bunch of dossers. Part of me never wants to put money into one of their games ever again, but I love the franchises like battlefield etc.
My new Gamertag that I have set up is: GOD HATES EA.
I felt like giving up many times haha. I just had all my info typed up in a document and occasionally added more and copy pasted it into the webform every few days. I suggest you do the same. One thing I did find out from chat is that even though the form asks for stats, the account recovery team can't actually verify stats. They can however verify unlocks/inventory items ie. Legends in Apex, weapon skins etc.
Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide to do. As I said, it was incredibly frustrating and took 15 forms but I was delighted when I finally succeeded.
