Apex wont load

I need help fixing my apex i've been using it on steam all of a sudden it just goes through the anti cheat menu it forces a full screen and loads into a black screen then it has the Microsoft not responding popup then it just closes does anyone know how to fix this? i have done many things to fix this like clearing my steam, and apex cache, verifying the integrity, using a different launch option the one im using rn is " -windowed -dx11", and redownloading the game. But nothing has worked so does anyone else have/had this problem and now how to fix it?
