MISSING GUNDAM HEATROD DEATHBOX MYTHIC

Purchased all packs for the Gundam Heat rod Collection and there is not a last pack I can buy . I clearly bought all of them and still did not receive it . I have not received help from EA at all with this issue and even gotten to speak to them so now I’m reposting this everywhere
