My account was reset back to Bronze IV. I donT know why. Please help.

We just had a split on Tuesday and all accounts lost 4 tiers this is normal so if you were silver 4 before the split you would be set back to Bronze 4.
This happens once in the middle of a season and once at the end/beginning of each season.
