Account Reset
I am back to level 1 with the original 2019 EA Account ive always used on Xbox never had an issue until now, I’ve sent in two tickets and have received zero help.

Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked. From what I'm seeing here, this particular EA account had never launched Apex on any platform until very recently. Since you've mentioned playing since launch, that progress would be on a different EA account and it'd just be a matter of locating which that was.
Hi, I have found my original EA account, but it is now saying I cannot unlink the incorrect account for 6 months, is there a way to fix this or apply for a refund?

Good to hear you were able to track down the original account! I would contact support directly to see if they have other options to help you re-link that to the correct account before that 6-month cooldown is up. That's sometimes possible, but an advisor will need to check through the account to see what's available in this case.
