Apex account missing all items + random level

Hi, I’m not sure where to submit a support ticket and I can’t find anything else online that has helped me so I’m here. I’ve been playing apex since 2020, spent thousands on my Xbox account, and had hundreds of skins and cosmetics from one time events. I moved to pc as I got older and made a steam acc for apex because I didn’t know how to connect my xbox yet and started playing on that. I bought one skin and made it to level 28, before learning how to log into my main Xbox account, to where I continued playing on. I stopped playing for a while due to school and I hear that cross progression came out back in 2024, and so I logged on to see. It started going automatically and I’m not sure what it crossed together, but when I logged on I was randomly level 170 something and still had the one skin from my steam account. My Xbox account was well over level 500, and had a ton of cosmetics, which all weren’t there, neither were my stats. So I’m confused as to what it crossed exactly, and how I am supposed to get back into my Xbox account because for some reason, no matter what I do, it takes me back to this random account. Please help, I would lose thousands. I stopped playing the game back in 2024 because of this and seemingly forgot about it until I went to play again today, and realized why I quit in the first place. Does anyone have answers for this?
