Account Status Overturned
My account was banned/disabled due to a potential security violation via someone accessing my account. The status of that case was disputed and overturned however, when I used the customer support via chat they were able to verify that I am the owner which was the next step to getting my account fully accessible and usable again however, the customer service rep I talked to said my account was still banned. I don't understand how that is possible due to me receiving an email from EA stating that the status was overturned and looking into "My Ban History" and "My Cases" sections both show that the status is overturned. What am I supposed to do now? The EA email is from 12 Aug 2022 and I have snips of the email and "My Ban History" and "My Cases" sections as proof.

I can see the ban is still on your account, but an advisor should be able to help with this.
