Account suspended for 86000 minutes!!

My account has been suspended CY 121 I’m an active pred currently #3 apex pred in uk spent so much money on the game and played so many hours in 79 pred in the world right now, why has my account been suspended the day before new season?! I’ve contacted the team and have no response I’m an Xbox player can somebody sort this situation out for me !

Extremely long matchmaking penalties like this are generally due to exploits such as those called out here.

We're unable to review any account actions on the forums, so please go through these steps if you'd like to appeal this action.

Our Terms of Service team will review that situation and reach out to you via email once they've completed the investigation. Thanks for hanging in there while they're taking a look.

I have also been suspended for 8600 hours yesterday unsure why I haven’t played apex in over 21 hours and when I logged on to play it said I was suspended I haven’t left a match nor done anything wrong and I have sent an email also @EA_Mako

I haven’t broke any rules or cheated I played a game Sunday morning then had to head out it’s been over 21 hours that I have played apex and when I come on it said my account was suspended for 8600 doesn’t make sense to me how can someone be playing a day ago then a day later be suspended

Penalties aren't always applied immediately after the action takes place.

Depending on the situation certain penalties may require some additional investigation so the behavior may not have happened immediately before the suspension was implemented.

The best thing to do would be to file that appeal using the steps above if you haven't already done so and our ToS team will take another look, thanks!

@EA_Mako abandoned penalty is that the same thing as a suspension? I don’t really understand

When the abandoned penalty is this long that is what it would indicate, correct.
