account transfer not working
For some reason my Xbox account, which has all my skins and is my highest level account, won’t transfer to my ps account and it’s linked so idk what’s the problem?

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Cross Progression allows you to access the content on a single EA account with any platforms connected to that same account, but it does not allow you to transfer progress between separate EA accounts. Did you unlink your Xbox account from its prior EA account to get it connected to the same EA account as your PSN link?
If that's the case, you would need to re-link your Xbox to its original EA account to try restoring that progress. We have some additional information about this particular situation in our blog and guides below, but if you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach back out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
