Two PSN Apex Accounts Accounts got falsely merged
Hi my roommate and i did not know that both our PSN Accounts where connected to the same EA Account.
Now that there is cross progression in Apex our PSN Apex Accounts got merged and we cant play together anymore.
Is there a possibility to unmerge the two accounts whithout one losing it's Progress?
No there is no way to unmerge.
One of you will have to keep the old account and the other will have to make a new one.
I know that is not the answer you were looking for but it is what it is.
This isn't acceptable. They have the resources to restore the accounts to the backup that they have for every GT on their servers. They can restore the previous version and associate the two accounts accordingly. One to the original account and the other to a newly made account. EA started doing this as a purchasing and marketing tactic back in Battlefield 3 or 4. Back when they first screwed the pooch. But for Apex, my wife and I had separate accounts and THEY didn't merge her account to hers, they wrongly merged it to mine. SMDH.
