Accounts are falsely banned and cannot be resolved

It is obvious that there is a bug in EA's APEX game, which has led to many players' accounts being falsely banned. I am the same. After being banned, I have a clear conscience, so I have been sending emails to EA customer service and audit to request the ban to be lifted. I have sent about seven or eight emails. They have always insisted that they are right. Even though I, as an old player, am very sure that I have fully complied with the rules after reading Section 6, I have been cooperating and willing to provide all evidence. I have the initial email address, consumption records and EAdata, but they still do not listen to the players' opinions.
Now, yesterday afternoon, a large number of players who were falsely banned by EA for violating Section 6 received emails about the removal of restrictions, but unfortunately I was not among them. I don't know if it was because I kept sending emails that made them deliberately disgust me. I need a reply now. I can't find the option to contact customer service on EA help. This really makes me angry about the current situation. The professional anchor Mande's live broadcast was immediately resolved. A professional player in our division was banned but could only play as a substitute in the game. This is EA, this is the American spirit.

EA is such an arrogant narcissist company, they randomly ban users who was farming a great account years ago, they lies about they did investigate my account and found that i violated their user agreement by cheating!!! This can't be even described, they think they are improving anti-cheat when it's really getting worse by banning legitimate accounts. This really hits your users so bad.

On July 7th (Sunday), I experienced an unusual occurrence while playing the game. During the first half hours of my session, I was placed in lobbies that appeared to be filled with bots. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself, and the rest of my session continued normally. I stopped playing around 3:30 PM UTC. However, upon logging in the next day, I discovered that my account had been banned at 7:09 PM UTC on the same day (Sunday).

I wasn't banned mid-game. The day after. I've been playing since the game came out. And I play on just one account. I've reported countless cheaters. Every match I play, I have cheaters. Every single match. The servers I play in is literally unplayable for cheater and EA banned ME for cheating? The irony.

I only play like only in the weekends. I've a consistent KD of like 0.5 throughout these 4+ year. Yeah, I know I'm terrible at the game. If I'd cheated even for a single match, wouldn't that show up in their log or something?

Thought it was a false Ban. So, I reached out EA help. I received an e-mail respond saying that, 'We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.' I want to clarify that I did not receive any email regarding this ban prior to my communication with EA support. And OMG, you can't find the 'Chat Support' anymore while logged in! If I visit the website without logging in I can see it. But when I try to select chat support, it asks me to log in. And once you're logged in, the chat support is gone!

I requested Team EA to just go through my gameplay log and check for any changes in my gameplay behavior, or in my KD, or in my hit accuracy, anything. They Declined, again.

I've spent more than 2000 hours in this game. May not sound a lot, But this is literally the only game I've played consistently for 4+ years and spent hundreds. It'd not be just dumb but also pointless for me to cheat on my only Apex account which also has heirloom.

If I had cheated with my terrible track record even for a single match, wouldn't it reflect in my score/KD or have some sort of log? At least my gameplay behavior would be different, would it not?

I pointed out everything in my second request. They refuse to gimme a reason. At least gimme a reason, so that I can understand what's going on and why; and defend myself.

I'm honestly devastated at the moment. 4+ years of grind, time, energy all wasted.

following i also ran into the same exact thing when I was playing, I got a bunch of bot lobbies out of no where and then didn't play for a whole week because I was aware of how shadow ban systems work and was thinking I maybe got into a party with a cheater. Over 4000 hours played and never once cheated. I used tap strafe on roller through steam yes, but so did 1million other users that accounts are still working till this day. Where is the accountability from EAs end to give us fair closure. We aren't the only ones who are experiencing this SAME issue. Ive played with lots of now Pros in their early days and always played this game with integrity and honesty. Look into it please EA. The dying player base says it all.
