adaptive resolution FPS target does not work

Same issue here.  Dell Latitude laptop with NVIDIA Quadro P600 and latest Geforce Experience drivers (441.28).  Adaptive resolution was working before the Dec. 3rd update, but not anymore.

Same issue as well. I thought my pc was causing it, this is the first confirmation I have others have it too. I need a fix asap, because I play on 240 hz and I cannot have this game dip below 80 fps, which unfortunately on my system it does without it enabled.
