Added content, added rewards!? I have not earnt.

Hi, writing this as I have a huge concern about my account. Recently I have been given some rewards to my account I did not unlock last season. For example... season 3, series 2 ranked I achieved platinum rank, however, recently I noticed I was given diamond rewards. For some reason I all so have multiple charms added on my account. I don’t know what to do and I don’t know how this can be solved.
