After EA Javelin anti-cheat update

Troubleshooting I have tried:
Verify game files, reinstall EA Javelin, clear game and shader cache, disable memory integrity, run sfc & DISM to repair system files, unlink and re-link EA-Steam account, test on new Windows admin account, test mobile hotspot, disable RGB software, RTSS and virtual controller drivers.
Steam overlay works for other games, but blocked by Javelin inside Apex.Please refresh my EA account player profile and authorization session.
