It sounds like this is most likely a side effect of the overall connection issues we're currently working on. We're seeing all kinds of weirdness happening at the moment. Once we get the main issues fixed, the problems with the store and other in-game issues should hopefully be fixed as well.

We're seeing some recovery, but we're not fully up and running just yet. I saw that someone mentioned it earlier in this thread, but this tweet just went up a bit ago:
Hopefully we'll have everything back to normal before too long. The official Respawn Twitter is a good place to watch for updates. Thanks again for being patient with us while we're working on getting this all fixed!

same here, I cant access anything on the menu besides queue up for a game and when I do that I only have the starter legends, all my in game currency is gone too, saying -9999
